Making A Purchase

 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, or use the search box, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit/debit card and Paypal™ payments.

 

Payments

 

Please note that your credit/debit card or Paypal account will be charged the moment your order is confirmed. Refunds can be made if you cancel the order, or feel dissatisfied with the service we have provided. All payments are verified via the secure Sagepay verification system. You can also place orders by phone, email or by post. When we receive your order online, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to show that we are in receipt. We normally carry all items in stock but in the unlikely event that we are restocking or the manufacturer is having difficulty supplying, we will place the goods on back order for you and dispatch the them as soon as we have them. In these circumstances, we will communicate this to you and you will always have the option to cancel your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss the reason with you. We maintain our right to decline any order submitted, for any reason that we feel appropriate.

 

Credit Card Security

 

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All transactions are encrypted prior to transmission to our payment verification partner, Sagepay. No card details are stored on our servers. We believe that the minor inconvenience of retyping your details at the checkout is preferable to the consequences of credit card fraud.

 

Conditions of Purchase

 

By placing an order on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The details and images provided are for information purposes only. All dimensions, sizes and weights are deemed to be approximate. Manufacturers and suppliers reserve their rite to change the specifications of their goods

 

Prices

 

All prices and delivery costs are in GB Pounds and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate

Acceptance of Goods

 

You must inspect the goods when they arrive to check that they have not been damaged in transit. If the goods are obviously damaged, please do not accept them from the carrier. Please notify us as soon as possible if there is any problem.

 

Customer Service & Returns

 

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, return it to us within 14 days, unused in its original packaging together with the receipt. We will exchange it or refund the purchase price of the item. You remain responsible for items until they are received and accepted at our premises and for their return cost. Manufacturers guarantees will be honoured.

Any and all transactions are specifically made under the applicable Laws of England and Wales.
